Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

I do not discriminate based on race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, veteran status or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law. However, I reserve the right to refuse service based on my availability. If I am unable to meet your needs or requests I will refer you to a coach/trainer or facility that may be able to help you.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Payment for sessions is due at time of booking. Payments can be made via cash, Venmo, Cash App, or Credit Card. Payment by credit card is subject to additional charges (we must charge tax). Prices vary by type of service and number of sessions. If you or a member of your household is a Park Slope CrossFit member, you will receive a discounted rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to make the session appointment, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to retain session credit. Likewise, clients should not be more than 15 minutes late for a session. If you are late or need to cancel, please contact me directly via text.

WAIVER:

All clients must sign a gym waiver before using the facilities at Park Slope CrossFit.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Clients must consult their physician before beginning their training sessions. Once cleared to exercise, clients must share any and all health concerns with the coach/trainer before sessions begin. In order to best serve my clients I need to understand what her/his body has been through to foresee challenges or obstacles; this includes information of prior injuries, illnesses, or pregnancies.
