Prenatal Training

Congratulations! What an exciting time for you and your family.

A pregnant woman’s body goes through many changes throughout a pregnancy. Each trimester brings new joys and challenges. If you are interested in having the support of a qualified trainer I’m your woman!

If your physician deems it safe for you to exercise, I can help you train for the most incredible physical activity of your life.

Labor is an intense and challenging event. With careful programming and coaching, I can help you prepare for childbirth through a variety of breathing and movement exercises.

Postpartum Training

Once you get clearance from your doctor to exercise (6 weeks or more post labor) I can begin training with you. We can work toward rehabilitation and rebuilding your body.

We will focus on gaining stability and strength in your core safely. We will review form and technique and gradually work you back into shape. It is important to take time the time your body needs to recover well; it takes consistency and patience.

Not only will we work on the physical aspects, I will provide support in keeping you in a positive mindset through the process.
