Friends & Co-workers
You and your coworkers or friends can bond over a sweat session. All ages and abilities can participate together in a group workout setting with me.
The class will last one hour and will introduce and teach proper form in foundational bodyweight movements and may include dumbbells and kettle bells. No prior experience needed—I can accommodate all levels in one class
What better way to emphasize a healthy lifestyle with your kids than to workout as a family? I can incorporate all ages in a workout that will be fun and engaging while you work up a sweat.
If family includes children 6 years and younger the class will be limited to 30 minutes. Families with children older than 6 can have the option of a 45 minute or full hour session.
